And even better than that, your co-workers can come in and add comments to notes and attach relevant files too. All notes and comments are searchable with our great ‘as you type’ super fast search, and you can secure your notes with our powerful yet simple permissions system. With ATPL’s seamless integration with Evernote, you can link your Evernote items directly to a contact, organization, opportunity, or project. Note: you need to have an Evernote account to enable this feature.
Automatic Address Book
Keeping your address book up to date is a chore, so ATPL adds new contacts and organizations automatically as emails are saved, even going off to the wider Internet to retrieve more information about contacts and organizations for their profiles – keeping your address book up to date without you having to lift a finger. And ATPL cleverly uses advanced email analytics to discover the hidden associations between your contacts by analysing the From, To, and CC fields in emails to build up a knowledge of who knows who.
Custom Fields & Filters
Custom filters allow you to filter information in ATPL by different criteria of your choosing. You can combine multiple criteria together into one filter, save filters for easy recall later, and even share filters with other users. Custom fields allow you to capture information that you want stored in ATPL that doesn’t quite fit in one of the existing fields.

Built-In File Sharing
ATPL has great file sharing capabilities built in, so you can keep important documents and information attached right next to the entities they relate to – projects files, proposals, resumes – you name it. Just drag and drop files from your desktop into ATPL to attach and share them with others. ATPL also has full versioning control, so your team always has the latest file version on hand.
Tags are a wonderfully simple invention that allow you to organize anything in ATPL around a keyword that makes sense to you. So for instance, if you wanted to organize your projects and opportunities by geographic location – like Asia, Europe, and the Americas – you can categorize each item by adding the appropriate tag for instant future listing and reference. Tags can be added to contacts, organizations, opportunities, projects, and emails.
Notifications & Follow System
Users have the ability to follow items in ITPL like tasks or contacts, and receive email notifications when changes or updates are made to those items. This is useful when you want to be notified when a task has been completed, or when the details of a contact you’re interested in have changed. It helps you stay up to date with what’s important to you.
Unlike other CRMs, ATPL doesn’t limit you to just creating hierarchical relationships. ATPL’s unique (and extremely popular!) linking system lets you create multiple direct relationships between any of your items (i.e. emails, contacts, organizations, opportunities, projects) so that you get real-world, 360 degree view of your customers.
